I paid this company to design a website for me. I paid one price for a whole package. Midway through they started adding additional charges in order for them to deliver the package I paid for. When they finally turned it over to me, I could not use it unless I paid them for additional services. I have made it clear that I need them to deliver a file of the design I paid for so that I could migrate it to my hosting platform so my website can be live. They insist that I pay them additional money for them to complete and host my site. I told them all I needed was the design and layout so that I can migrate that to my hosting platform and manage my website myself. They call me every single day offering more services in order to make my website work. It was an entrapment. They never mentioned those services upfront. There are many complaints like against them online.
