i ordred capri pants on the tiktok for the company called Roltree.com they told me they recieved my order and payment and that they would send me an email with my confirmation number i never recieved the email and the payment was taken out of my credit card. When i tried to file for a refund the form would not let me put in the amount it kept saying to add an amount and there is NO customer service number to call.
