Got a letter from an organization called Corporate Document Services, the heading says Corporate Meeting Minutes Annual Statement. It's asking for the owners and titles of the business and shows business law in order to make it legit. State of Illinois Business Law § 624 and § 602. The corporate annual minutes fee: $147.50.
