I purchased what I thought would be a real and authentic labubu. It was not. It was a fake. I specifically reached out to the person via email to inquire if they were authentic. This is what they responded with: hello We apologize for the inconvenience. People have been spreading false information about our products to harm us. We work directly with the popmart manufacturer and we have the distribution license!. They’ll have a QR code for authenticity! We've found your order! we are sorry for the high demands of orders to the company sometimes there is a delay. we are doing our best to make the shipments arrive as fast as possible. please understand. You will receive it on the next 10/14 business days. when received can be returned unopened Best regards . -German from Labuboxes Support Team This place or person is a fraud. They are lying and saying they are licensed with Popmart. Once it finally arrived I scanned the QR code and it goes to the Popmart site but says it’s a fake. It appears that Popmart is aware of this as it states that this is a known fake code. They are stealing peoples money and it’s intentional fraud.
