Received the product, Had limited instructions. Ordered 2. The product did not work. Customer service contacted me. Advised me to use the Protexor to smash the small glass circles. I tried doing that with both of the Protexor products. They look like key chains. It was supposed to help you in case you got trapped in your vehicle and your car was submerged in water, allowing you to break the glass and cut the seatbelt. This was not the case. I emailed the company back and advised, neither device worked. I wanted my money back. The company advertised a 60-day money-back guarantee. All I was getting was an argumentative representative telling me that they only offered money back for damaged items. I advised that representative that is not what their advertisement said, and that was a misrepresentation of their ad/commercial. I insisted on my refund and that I would report their company to the BBB and other companies.
