I ordered from your site August 4th The website indicated that my package would arrive in 5 to 7 days however my package still isn’t here. On top of that when the email was issued with a supposedly tracking number there was little to no movements. I tried calling the # in the contact section and that Along with the email was a nonworking number here we are 14 days later I check the tracking number saying the package was out for delivery but I’ve checked every carrier and the tracking isn’t valid. Please could you help locate my goods. Now you make this make sense. I received a delivery notification at 2:50pm but when you pull up the Track718 It says that the email was sent at 11:31am You sent email of the Tracking that said it was delivered at 15:46. 15:46 is 3:46 EST and comes after 2:50pm. That's a whole 56 minutes BEFORE the package was supposedly delivered according to GREYLL and TRACK718 notifications. According to what you stated there is NO WAY POSSIBLE this could remotely happen I pull the tracking up again this time it says that it was delivered 12.5 days ago and that’s a lot of BS. Nothing has come to my porch if you look at the emails that I’ve sent you guys and tried to call the contact number that was attached to Facebook. Nothing ever came. I reached out to you guys long before in my Facebook post saying nothing had ever come and you had promised 5 to 7 business days you’re dishonest. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau this morning and I’m going to report you. You are a scam. and $29 might not seem like a lot of money to you. but it was to me because I live on a fixed income, I’m not senile. I do not work. All of my neighbors have clear footage that nobody came on my porch at all. I myself have a RING camera. There was no one in the vicinity of my home and NO WAY THEY COULD STEP FOOT ON MY BOTTOM STEP without being captured and activating my camera. As soon as I got the notification I called my next-door neighbor and he said there’s no packages on your porch Paschal none whatsoever. GREYLL is dishonest, and you know that you haven’t delivered anything because had you delivered something to my home you would’ve photographed it showing that the package was delivered. You can’t even prove that You’ve done this. I've heard of people being SCAMMED so many times but for the first time it’s happening to me. this is dishonest and you know it’s dishonest when I reached out to you the very first day when it said that package was out for delivery you sent me back an email telling me to wait 5 to 7 more days. The very next day you send a bogus EMAIL stating PACKAGE DELIVERED. That’s what you said and that was a lie. I really don’t know how people sleep well at night knowing that they scam people all the time, but I’m going to take this as far as it needs to go because I’m gonna either get my money back or I’m gonna get my package one of the other and neither of the two has happened as of yet.
