Description
i placed an online order for a sewing machine, and other craft machines and craft items from Jo-ann's on jul 21st. I was informed my order had delivered on August the 5th to which I did not receive and the tracking info provided was for an unknown 3rd party courier. I have repeatedly requested a refund until I decided to google the web email to see what would come up and here they are on BBB as a SCAMMER :-(
