Description

We ordered a Yamaha C2X Grand piano with Kinnor Music Inc on May 10th,2025. We signed the contract (KM-1988 ) and paid $5000 deposit on May 10th, and we wired (zelle transfer) total of $21,899 which is the total purchased price by 6/29/2025 and scheduled with them for delivery. And after the promised delivery date (7/17/2025) Kinnor Music Inc changed 4 times of delivery date and never made the delivery, the excuse they have would be like they put a wrong model of piano in the truck, or the last delivery before us was delayed so they are running late, and then later never showed up for delivery, or on the last minute when they supposed to deliver, we are notified that the truck is broken down so they cannot deliver. We tried many times to contact their employee, the main contact person “Annie” Yanping He, and she is the one that give us all those excuses. On 8/10/2025, we wrote to Annie in care of the Kinnor Music Inc, that according to the contract we signed, it is 3 months pasted and that is one month over the contracted delivery time, we give them 7 more days and ask them to delivery for the last time and pay the 3 months penalty, in the amount of $3,284.85 as stated in the contract. By 8/18/2025, we have not had any notice of delivery and not been contacted the Kinnor Music Inc. We wrote to them to notify them that they have breached the contract, and we are going to report their fraudulent activities. We also requested them to fully refund the contract amount of $21,899. We want to all consumers out there to know that Kinnor Music Inc is a not trustworthy company and their employee Annie Yanping He can not be trusted at all. Please avoid this company when you looking to by musical instruments. We also feel that it is our duty to report the fraud and so hope the cheating activities of “Annie” Yanping He and the Kinnor Music Inc. can be stopped and all consumer rights can be protected.
