Description
While selling an item online, I was contacted by someone pretending to be a buyer. They redirected me to another person and then falsely claimed the payment didn’t go through. They also pretended to be customer support, which led me to send money under false pretenses. I realized it was a scam and immediately reported the transactions to my bank and filed a case claim
