I called the spectrum phone number and the “so called agent” stated that he needed to switch me over to an AT&T representative because we had to get the air wireless Internet due to problems in our location with our ZIP Code. I was then transferred over to a supposed AT&T representative and he tried to get my information. He did get my drivers license number, but I felt uneasy and decided to hang up and call spectrum back. This was a scammer.
