Received an official looking document stating "immediate response to this notice requested." They assigned a bogus Home owner ID # highlighted the name and address of the person referenced. The notice indicated that we needed to contact them because of an "important matter" with the current lender on the property and referenced bank name. There was no clear indication what this was for, except to say in bold letters "Please Call IMMEDIATELY as this will be our FINAL ATTEMPT TO NOTIFY YOU". We did not call or interact in any way with this message except to call our lender to verify if there was any impending action to our loan.
