Description
I received a "Final Notice" in the mail stating I needed to complete my annual registration for my LLC. It gave me a response date of 8/20/2025 and the requirement I completed my renewal NLT 30 Aug 2025. The fees included a late fee ($70) in addition to the filing fee ($75). I noticed the email address ended in .com, but the website ended in .co The request was for my 2025 Annual Registration, but the Washington State law that was sited, required an annual report.
