I ordered a set of four cushions on 6/16/25. I only received one cushion on 7/21/25 website also indicates that it's only 15 days for shipping . I got my package within five or six weeks. The cushion was cheaply made that I received. It was nothing like what was advertised on the website I emailed the company multiple times and got multiple responses disregarding the fact that I only received one cushion that was cheaply made in my order they said that's all I ordered. I had to send them a snapshot proof of the order itself indicating it's a set of four cushions and they still disregarded that I told them I wanted a refund and they said that I can mail back the one cushion, but I had to pay for the shipping to mail it back and also it's on their discretion if they refund it so they weren't giving me the option either to speak to a supervisor, which I was complaining to do so they just kept disregarding everything and apologizing kindly and saying that they're doing their best. It's just ridiculous. I got scammed by them.
