After viewing multiple TikToks ads aimed at teen girls my daughter placed an order with fashiononal in early July. To date, she did not receive any of the items she purchased. The only item that arrived was one pair of socks that were not part of her order. I did reach out to the company via their email address under the "contact me" section but have not received any response. There does not appear to be any other means of contact (social media / alternate email address / physical address / phone number).
