I intended to purchase a beautiful quilt for my daughter's dorm room. All of the photos showed that this would have detailed stitching around every petal, bade of grass flower, road marks, mountain crevices, etc, the photos showed a very high quality, beautiful quilting. What I got was a screenshot of a photo that was machine stitched, very thin, very poor stitching, very blurry. I didn't even open the package because I could tell how poor quality it was immediately. I started the return process. However, no phone number was listed. So I could not make phone contact. I tried to email and wasn't getting a response. When I eventually did get a response, they said that the reason did not qualify for a return. However, when I looked at their policy, it states that if there was a 20% variance in the quilt from what I ordered that I could qualufy a refund, but then they wouldn't respond to me when I quoted that and eventually said that I didn't qualify for a return. I disputed the transaction with my credit card then and they determined that it was a valid transaction because of the information that Vantique provided them. This was a complete scam. The supporting information that they sent to my credit card company also included a picture of myself taking the package out of the mailbox. When i did that, there was nobody standing there, so it's incredibly creepy that they have that photo.
