I responded to an advertisement offering their product which claimed 14,000 btu. The unit displayed on the website did not look like the unit I received. At the coldest setting (advertising 60F) only blows out air that is the same temperature as the room. The company claims to be in Califiornia but product took a long time to ship from China. When I responded to the guarantee, which claims 60 day hassle free, no questions asked guarantee they wrote back that the sale was final. This information did not appear anywhere in the checkout.
