Description
After donating by credit card for over a year, I decided to STOP doing so. I called NOM and left a message to that effect and they NEVER returned my call. I tried to use their e-mail to STOP my contribution and they never replied. I sent them a certified letter and received a notice of delivery from the USPO, but they didn't stop my contribution. After 4 months of asking my bank for a credit of the $250 monthly charge and receiving the same, I will be forced to CANCEL my credit card and move my 12 recurring payments to other businesses to a different card.
