Received a email from college stating there is an opening. At my school they have stated there are scams going around for students and taking money or looking for a job for part time for students. I’ve received an email from school showing how to apply and have the information listed needed for set employer. Name, student email, personal email, phone number, age, and gender. Gave information and sent it off, they never asked for a resume nor want to talk about the job. I received a text from +1 (845) 673-9089, stating they send an email about the job. Email: Hello Concerning the Personal Assistant Job that you have applied... I am glad to congratulate you as your position has been confirmed, sorry we can’t meet before you get started I am currently on a business trip to Australia running some network program , I’ll be back to the states by the 15th of next month But rest assured you can officially get started. Soon as you have received the check payment, you will deduct your paid weekly allowance($500) payment from it and you will use the rest to purchase the toys and gift items needed by the orphanage home NOTE: Its a Flexible part-time job where you will determine your working time. Make sure to constantly look at my email and will be on stand-by to receive future instructions. Regards There is no information on set company location, there is no talking points of the job. There is nothing stating what you normally get from an employer. Can so tell this is a scam. Just want to get this out there for young college students who will think this is a real opportunity, and give real personal Information to this person.
