Description
Pop up ad appeared represented by QVC for a storage shelf. All seemed normal because it was from QVC. Ordered the shelf in April 2025, shipment confirmed May 2025, paid for shelf by bank debit and funds were deducted. I never received the shelf. They have a tracking system through UPS, which reveals it's coming from China. Pertinent information in Chinese and no translation into English. The ad is "still running" as a pop ad on Facebook as a QVC product.
