Toussn advertised a couch for sale on tiktok. I purchased the couch using a credit card. I never received the couch. It's impossible to create an account on their website toussn.com. No order confirmation email. They claimed it had been delivered in an email. Then when I insisted it hadn't been delivered they sent me this email stating they would refund 55% of my money.
