I purchased 2 outdoor rocking chairs from the TikTok shop, looks like it was a scam pop up, I purchased and used my pay pal for payment. The payment went through and I never received an email confirming the order, the only record I have is the PayPal payment and it shows on my bank account which is linked to PayPal.
