I thought I was calling Lexus Support to connect my routers and the gentleman asked for access to my computer and told me I had viruses and tried to sell me firewall services through a company called Hudson IT. This gentleman claimed he was a Linksys employee and when I questioned him on it, he said well you called me and I replied that I thought I was talking to an actual Linksys employee and he said they sell their equipment.
