We are reaching out to inform you that due to an unprecedented surge in demand of our products, we have been experiencing a delay in the delivery. Therefore, we kindly request you to reach out to us within the next 10 days. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make certain that your experience with us meets your expectations. Should you not receive your order within this timeframe, please be assured that we will find a suitable solution for your issue. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us.” As of today July 26 the socks have not arrived.
