I paid, downloaded the app and logged in. There were zero appointments available in the next month to meet with a shopper. The trial was for 7 days. So I canceled and asked for my money back. I was told that dissatisfaction with the product was not an acceptable reason under their money back guarantee. After researching it, they have taken many people for much more than me. It appears they never have appointments available and the entire thing is a scam
