I originally purchased the Flo Pilates reformer in January 2025. At the time of purchase, the website stated that I would receive the reformer, unlimited workouts, and a lifetime membership to the app. After I received my reformer, I emailed asking how to receive access to the app, only to be told that the app wasn’t finished yet but would be in the coming weeks. I kept checking back week after week and finally found the app to have launched. During this time, I received emails from the company stating that I would receive free access to the app for one year (which was still different from what the site originally stated). Now, 6 months later, I have ZERO access to the app or workouts on it. In order to use any of it, I have to pay for a subscription. When I reached out again to the company and even provided screenshots of the company’s earlier responses about a free year of the app, they basically just told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and have to charge for the app now to maintain it. Do not buy from this company- they use false advertising and clearly do not deliver what they promise.
