Description
This company, posing as Viking Cruise Lines sent a postcard with scratch and match numbers. Of course the numbers always match and supposedly qualifies for one of 4 big prizes including Viking Cruises. I did not respond but others that did to this offer were transferred to the dreaded Time Share representatives that don't take no for an answer and never award the prizes.
