Booked a "cheap" airline ticket using google travel recommendation. Tarifasodeal had discounted prices. I booked for three to travel. After booking online, I received an email stating to call them with an issue in the booking. They told me they could only book two of the tickets and offered a variety of much more expensive trips. They would not reimburse me and said the airline would not accept cancelation. I rebooked to a higher set of tickets for the three tickets and they charged me a surcharge of 350 dollars for the changing of the first two tickets and the new booking. Unofrtunately I had to do this twice because I used the wrong birth year on one of the tickets. Charged again for changing the ticket. They had me pay the full fee and said I would be reimbursed the 1501 dollars from the first booking on the next billing cycle. I called back in two weeks and was told to wait two more weeks. I called back and was told to wait one more week. I called back and they said my credit went to American Airlines. I had received credit numbers earlier on my own from American Airlines. I called to verify the numbers were still valid and all 3 had been used. Scam from the word go. I am still out 1500 dollars. On another note, no proof of the connection, but one week after booking with them, my card was scammed by someone in NYC to purchase tickets for going on the ferry ride to visit Stature of Liberty. Had to cancel the card.
