Dermave had an ad on Instagram for a razor, on their website it states that orders can be canceled if you email their customer service email address. After I placed the order, I looked at reviews online and read that the item was defective and caused razor burn. I emailed the customer service email address to cancel the order within one hour of placing it. The customer service responded and asked why I wanted to cancel, I explained that I did not want the item, they then emailed me a counteroffer to keep the order and have 10% refunded, I said no, I want to cancel. The Customer Service emailed again offering 20% discount refund, I said no, just cancel the order. They then started the process again of asking why I want to cancel. I submitted another request to cancel through their website - Contact Us and the same thing happened. I messaged them on Instagram and they said only the customer service people can cancel orders. I responded again to the Customer Service email stating it is illegal for them to not cancel my order and they did not respond. I am concerned that they took my money and information through the Shop app.
