Description
I called to inquire about altering my MSC cruise reservation. I specifically asked about merging my reservation with another guest’s and was told it would cost $275.00. Upon being skeptical of this information, I googled and realized guests are able to do this themselves in the app, free of charge. I googled the company and phone number and realized I was indeed being scammed.
