When I search online for an online airfare booking company to book my airfare for traveling in the United States, the search turned out yield the lowest priced round trip company is this one. Then, I booked with my credit card and provided full information. On its webpage, it says the booking is in progress, Then, I got a phone call from India. The guy on the phone reading my booking and saying what I booked airfare won't released by American Airline until the last minutes. Therefore, my booking is not valid. Following this, he said that he can help me on this. Then, he changed my booking date, time and increased airfare price from original $360 to $800. Meanwhile, he only promise to email me the information of the airfare.
