Description

We were told that a flight that we book through Priceline was cancelled and that we would need to book a new flight. We were also told that we would receive a refund from them for the original flight . Never received the refund. I talked to 2 different agents and was told that the refund was being processed and that it would appear shortly. Still have not received the refund and now I am unable to contact them by phone.
