I found an advertisement for a 1972 Chevy K10 Pick up for sale. I reached out expressing interest. The communication was short and to the point with the phone cutting in and out. I told him I was from NC and they were in ID, he recommended they use Lemon Squad to do an inspection for me on the vehicle. I received the inspection report; it looked suspicious with incorrect info on it. I called Lemon squad to verify it's a legit inspection and they confirmed it was not and stated they had another person just call about the same vehicle and inspection report. I was suspicious initially because my sister in MI found a similar post with the only difference being the last digit in the VIN# was a 4 and not an 8 as stated on my paperwork. They are very good scammers and was able to answer all of my question in regard to asking for pictures of the VIN tag and pictures of the underneath. They make it seem very believable and could definitely scam someone out of a lot of money.
