I placed order on 6/8/ 25. After a week without receiving any shipping information, I emailed company. when I could not get a response I emailed serval times to cancel the order. I received email on 6/18/25 telling me They could not cancel my order as their policy only allows cancellation within 24 hrs. . If they were upfront on shipping times when order was placed I would have cancelled withinn the 24 hrs. Product I received is nothing like they describe on website.
