Clarity Ventures approaches you either through messenger or WhatsApp. They do all their training through WhatsApp. The scam is to entice you to work on product optimization where you perform a set of tasks (40 Tasks) twice each day. You make a small amount of money with every task that only takes a few mouse clicks to complete and you watch as your income slowly grows. The catch is that they have what is called Lucky Tasks in which you need to make a deposit to cover the that task becaus eyou don't yet have enough money in your wallett account from doing tasks. They convince you it's worth it because, as they show you on a training platform, as soon as you complete the remainder of the tasks, you instantly get credited back the money you invested and your wallett increases. They keep you going because the daily amount grows and they offer to pay you out in Etherium to a Crypto account of your choice (except WealthSimple or another Regulated one). They will pay you out each day but the next day while completing tasks, you get another Lucky Task and have to reinvest even more as this Lucky Task is even higher. You beleive now that you will instantly get your money back when you complete the task and you will but the next day or a few days later it will happen again. Another ctach is that they tell you from the beggining that consistency is the key because the secret is completing your daily set of 40/40 tasks x 2 for 30 days straight and you will be cashing out a total of $6000. By day 3 of completing tasks and each day having to add a larger amount of money, i was completing my daily tasks when another Lucky Task came my way. This one had increased so that I would have had to invest $1400 to complete the task and continue. I didn't go through with it as I could now clearly see that I was only on day 3 of completing my tasks and I was already having to invest $1400. How much was I going to have to invest when I get a Lucky Task on day 10? Probably much more. All the while, the cash outs are paid in Etherium which is difficult to cash out from the sites that they use (Crypto.com Onchain) for example. The process for cashing out the Etherium is extremely complicated. I'm quite sure that over 90% of people will not be able to afford the deposits required for the Lucky Tasks and have to quit by day 8 but there are probably some that trust it too much and keep investing until it's thousands. I wonder if anyone has ever made it the whole 30 days and even if they did, were they able to cash out? Probably not. Your trainer tells you after the first day to join the user group chat. After watching and reading all the chats over 3 days, it is quite obvious now that at least 6 or 7 of the group chat participants are fake and are actually working with Clarity Ventures. Each time a new participant joins and has reservations about the process and the Lucky Tasks, someone jumps in right away as another user (fake) and resuures them quickly that they are doing great and shows them their account with lots of money in their wallett account. There is no phone number associated with it. It just has a title of "CLARITY-Ventures Discussion Group No.(977)" There are currently 27 members . I'm sure at least 5 or 6 of them are fake users and actually are part of the scam.
