An "employee of the Comcast Promotion Dept" called me and asked if I wanted to lower my Comcast bill. He got my address and date of birth. He gave me his name as Justin Carter, Employee ID 108. It was explained by Justin Carter (who had an Indian accent) to lower my Comcast bill to pre-pay in to "Comcast" $1200.00 with Target Gift Cards by 7 pm tonight. The scammers billing dept number is 855-416-0148. I called the real Comcast billing dept, this is a scam,
