I am writing to file a complaint against Litfad, an online furniture retailer based in China, regarding their poor business practices and failure to deliver undamaged goods or provide a refund. I purchased a table and stool set, which arrived damaged in inadequate packaging (cardboard and Styrofoam, no proper box). The table top and three stool tops were damaged, and the product quality was substandard—cheap plywood with wood-like stickers and no assembly instructions. Despite multiple communications starting April 10, 2025, Litfad repeatedly offered partial refunds or incomplete replacements, which I rejected, insisting on a full replacement or refund. They agreed to replace the table and stools but only sent a table, which arrived damaged again on June 17, 2025, with no stools included. Despite providing photos of the damage, Litfad has been unresponsive to my refund requests, with the last communication on June 23, 2025, requesting photos of packaging I no longer had. Their delays and refusal to resolve the issue have forced me to escalate this matter. I urge the BBB to investigate Litfad’s practices and warn consumers about their unreliable service, poor product quality, and inadequate customer support.
