She said they were the Pain Management Center working with Medicare to provide me with a back and knee brace. She then asked for my height, weight, the location and description of my pain and the cause of the pain. She then asked for the numbers at the bottom of my Medicare card. At that point I refused to give it to her and told her if she was working with Medicare she should already have it. She stated she talks to hundreds of seniors every day and does not have their Medicare numbers. I informed her that she could have Medicare call me and in the mean time I was going to block her number and call the BBB. She hung up the phone. I have Illinois phone #.
