I ordered 4 Women's outfits from Sinclair Toronto from a Pinterest ad. I made sure to inquire whether sizing was comparable to Canadian/USA sizing and was assured it was so I ordered the garments. It took a very long time to deliver (1-1/2 months). Once delivered the sizing was approx. 2-3 sizes smaller than ordered despite tags showing size ordered Attempts to get information on return/full refund was nearly impossible but after 2 months finally a return address was provided (in China) with stipulation that I had to pay for the return of the unsatisfactory garments in addition to sending them photos of the garments to assure them that there was no damage to them. I sent the photos. I was given options to keep the garments and give away as gifts, return and accept a credit for 1/2 of the purchase price, or donate. None of these were acceptable. The Pinterest ad shows an attractive couple (probably models) in front of a store front (probably fake) and the delayed responses continued to offer the same options until I finally got the return address. To send these garments back the shipping fee would be almost as much as the $292+ refund request This strikes me as a scammer tactic and I'm very frustrated because after all these ridiculous dealings with this firm I expect they will claim the garments are damaged once they receive them. This sure seems like huge scam to me and I'm sure there are many others who have had the same experience.
