Received mail about test results related to Metabolic Myopathy that was supposedly ordered for my mother by a doctor, Kristina Shepherd, in Hyannis, MA. Dr. Michael Wilson approved the test results. My mother has never seen either of those providers. The provider in MA is a nurse midwife, and my mother is in her 70s. The test results were supposedly from July 24, 2024. They have my mother's name, address, and DOB.
