This person sells pu puppies. Website said Casanova was 600.00. Upon messaging i was told 650.00. Then in the end paid 700.00 as this would include cost of shopping and home delivery. I paid 500.00 though zelle and my spouse paid the remaining portion. Flight ti ket was provided. Hours prior to the puppies flight leaving, i received an email that 1380.00 was needed to cover crate cost as needed to be in temperature control. I was emailed. Tbat is mo ey would be 100% refunded once puppy was delivered through Global Wings Express. I received email from GWE to pay amount by wired money. I did. Then i received another email stati g the puppy would be grounded if 2,199.00 was not paid for pet insurance. I was told by both the dog breeder and GWE that this money too was 100% refunded once puppy was delivered. I received flight ticket for Casanova to fly from Richmond International Airport to Sioux Falls airport on june 23rd. Tbe puppy was not on any flight. The scheduled flight provided does not carry pets. I called GWE with no anwer a d left a message. I contacted the breeder and emailed he would look into it. Tbe breeded would never answer his phone. This morning i got a message to call GWE regarding the puppy. My spouse was told he was grounded in Chicago on rhe 23rd and would provide itinerary for flight today on Jetblue. Upon investigation there has never been any record og Jetblue landing at Sioux Falls airport. Either party is answering phone alls or emails. We are driving 2 1/2 hours back home with no puppy, no refund, and out gas and lodging money as well. I feel both parties involved were linked if not the same person.
