Flight was delayed and wanted to make sure car would be there at 11:00 pm. Called travel people and they put me on hold. Called Avis and they put me on hold. Tried to got to avis.com and somehow ended at this site with a #. Called it and the charge me 75.98 to hold my car. Got on plane, Avis called me back and said that hold car for free and had no resolve ion of the car being held for 75.98. Tried to contact Car Rentals from the # on my credit card.
