Hello, I bought item from the seller Apr 23. I’ve got the package May 11 , I ordered size XS there is size S on the label , attachment included. Also it’s not real silk at all, the dress looked cheap. I went to google and find out bunch of negative reviews and the return process is impossible people say . So I filled the case PayPal asap. They said I have to sent item back to China and pay for that. After tons of emails from silksilky they provided US return address , they have got the return item back May 27 , number of package 9500114400815142998928. I sent them a few emails and finally June 2 got answer that they are going to process my return asap to for a few days. Nothing yet. Why the return process is so complicated that I have to sent tons of emails to you and to silkand silky. I have all those emails conversation and can send them if needed ,I have a receipt proof of sending item back and they confirmed that they got the item back! It’s really very frustrating to me that’s going on now. Thank you for your cooperation as well, I appreciate that.
