I thought I was purchasing an order from Bath and Body works. I placed an order for my mother and then placed one for myself. Nothing has shown up and it was placed at the beginning of May. I contact customer service by email to [email protected] and get told to wait 3-5 days. In the meantime it says both packages were delivered but nothing was. They draw out the process to exceed the 30 day period so it is hard to dispute with the bank. It was later followed up with a phone call pretending to be may bank notifying me of some charges for Kroger and giving me banking information that was related to the package I had sent my mother. I closed my card and I know I will not get my money back because at this point it has be 45 days. Be careful out there.
