I purchased 2 U.S. Army 250th Anniversary Eagle Wreaths online at Sherum.com on 05/26/2025. It was received on approximately 06/05/2025 from 5215 S. Boyle Ave., Vernon, CA 90058, which is the Vernon Wholesale Club. Another name for this company is DEDATA International Inc., 90 State Street Ste. 700, Office 40, Albany, NY 12207. I purchased what I thought was a 3D wooden handcarved Eagle Weath shown to be individually carved pieces of wood resembling the feathers of an eagle, nicely painted and fashioned into a beautiful wreath that was supposedly heirloom quality. What I received was a one dimensional, one piece, factory painted flat eagle wreath on 1/8 inch thick piece of wood. There is nothing hand painted about it. This is a case of bait and switch, and these cheap copies are worth no wear near the price I paid for them, which is $64.97. I have not been able to get ahold of the company for a refund request, of which they say they give a 100% moneyback guarantee. Plus, I was charged $10.99 shipping, when under their shipping policy, it says that anything over $36.90 is FREE SHIPPING. These two flat pieces of wood are worth about $5/each at most! Also, in some reviews or complaints, people were told they could return the item if they paid for return shipping back to China! This item did not ship from China. I was shipped from a Wholesale warehouse in Vernon, CA.
