On 5/19/25 my flight was delayed during travel, so I wanted to contact Priceline.com, the company I used to book my travel, to let them know. I had rented a car through Priceline, and wanted to make sure they know my flight would be really late, around 12 midnight. I didn't have Priceline's phone number handy so I did a internet search on my phone. When searching for the phone number of Priceline.com, this companies phone # appeared in the search results with the header of the link presenting itself as Priceline. Calling the number, they actually presented themselves as Priceline. I explained the situation, thinking they were Priceline, and them representing themselves as Priceline. Since they were not Priceline, or even affiliated in any way with Priceline, (and I confirmed this eventually with Priceline), they acted like they were updating my reservations within the Priceline system, and even charged my credit card for a supposed new car rental. When I arrived at my destination, no one had my car rental reservation. I had to book through Budget on site. Come to find out, they did charge my credit card $326.98. I called them on 6/6/25 to dispute the charge. They answered the call as Car Rental Company. I aked them what their corporate name was, and they told me Car Rental Company. I asked again if they were Priceline.com. They didn't agree or dissagree, only that they were Car Rental Company. They agreed the charge was in error and would refund my credit card in 7-10 days. No credit came through. I called them back on 6/19 to find out where my refund was. They seemed confused, but did have my information, and eventually agreed to now refund in another 5-7 days. I told them this whole series of events sounded like a scam and I would be doing a charge back through my credit card company. They hung up. I researched this company using their phone #. From what I could find, their company information is; https://kradflyglow.com/ 925-445-0138 1145 Ranch Point Way, Antioch, CA 94531 It looks like it's just a residential home on Zillow. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/1145-Ranch-Point-Way-Antioch-CA-94531/18302210_zpid/ This company needs to be investigated for fraud. It will take my credit card company over 30 days to even get a response. By then, they could still be answering the phone as Car Rental Company, but now set up a whole new web site and phone # and contine scamming customers who think they are talking to a legitimate travel agency like Priceline.com.
