Saw a utility cart that seemed reasonable for our next family vacation via a Facebook Ad and went to the site to investigate further. Paid for on 5/14/2025 and received an email confirming product and it never showed taxes or shipping taken out, as well as it added a lot of mystery gifts in the email confirmation which caused me to question legitimacy of company. Our bank also flagged transactions from this company because it didn’t process the card on the website first time and had to enter again and we said we were making the purchase though I now wonder if this website was trying to scam us of more money if PNC hadn’t noticed the multiple attempts at charges. Will request refund through our credit card/bank now that I see this is a confirmed scam. Cannot find a phone number for the company and all emails to two different emails I found all return to send as email addresses cannot be found. It’s 6/19 now and still no product and feeling disappointed because I usually spot scams and now leery of anything Facebook advertises because they do not actually monitor and protect their site for all users, so there are a lot of scammers out there.
