ASAP Garage Door Repair Services hyper-inflates their prices and replaces parts that do not need replacing. They will not provide a written estimate up front, and when asked about prices, they mumble and never inform you that it is for a single spring, bracket or drum/roller. When the job is complete, they attempt to extort $5650 for replacing 2 springs, 2 brackets and 2 drum/rollers. They charge a 10% fee to use credit card and suggest using Venmo. The receipt lists out the parts, but does not provide line item prices, it also does not have an address or working phone number. They will not take any of the parts back after installation and said there is No Refunds. It is a complete scam!!!!
