Description
I made a reservation for a hotel and had to cancel Expedia refunded me but this ERIC who said he is with Travel Services came on the phone and charged me $400 to refund my hotel stay. He screamed at me and hung up on me and will not say who he is with and when I call the number they always put ERIC on the phone and he yells at me that he explained he is taking my money or I will not get the refund he will keep all of my money. My refund from Expedia was 1045.96 and I did get that back but he charged me $400. I have mad a CC dispute.
