    "Shaw HR creates unreasonable arbitrary deadlines requiring a physician to update 8–10-page medical questionnaires every few months, on average, when the medical condition and work accommodation needs have not changed or when a physician note has not yet expired creating unnecessary chargeable hours. As a result, this vulnerable disabled population of employees have experienced additional stress, unnecessary physician appointments/cost, and additional time off work."
