5 stars**** and **** are awesome! They are friendly and very professional. They replaced our water heater 4 yrs ago but I found a leak, gave them a call and they came by within a few hours and fixed the leak. **** said it was a defective valve and replaced it for no charge. Its great that they stand behind their work. Thank you again for your prompt service A2Z team!

5 starsHearing an unusually loud noise coming from my elderly sister's water heater I discovered it was 28 years and obviously needs to be replaced. I did some research and found that A2Z Water Heaters served her area and the ratings and reviews on the BBB site were excellent. I called on Monday morning and **** answered personally and said they'd be over shortly. The job was gonna be challenging because it wasn't a normal swap out. The old installation would never meet the newer building codes so they had a lot of work to do. **** explained everything to me thoroughly. They came at 8:00 AM on Wednesday and finished by 4:00 PM. They did a first quality job and I'm very happy with the service. They take care of everything from the permits, installation, and warranty registration, hence the *** name??. This is a wonderful family owned and operated business. I highly recommend them.A2Z Water Heaters

5 starsI ditto all the great reviews. **** and **** are exceptional. Having your hot water heater die unexpectedly (although probably long overdue), is not a pleasant experience! I called one day, and they were there at 8am the next morning, which was awesome! But even better than that, was the way everything was explained to me .. what was wrong about the installation .. and what they needed to do to ensure it was safe, and up to code. These two take customer service to heart. I got a new ********************** heater and had the privilege of meeting two very kind people. That put a big smile on my face.A2Z Water Heaters

5 starsI Can't say enough about A2Z Water Heaters .The pilot light would not stay lit on my 19 year old water heater so I knew it was time for a new one. I called in the evening and they showed up the following morning. *********** explained exactly what they would be doing for the installation and to bring it up to code and make it safe. I stayed out and had fun chatting with them during the installation. They take care of the permit too. When they were finished, **** reviewed the controls with my wife and I. *************** with a fair price, I have referred them to my neighbors as well. 5 stars**** came by to give a written estimate and told me everything that would be done to bring the job up to code, including a barrier post installed. Top notch installation and service. Prompt emails about permit process and setting up appointment for Inspection. 5 stars**** sold me on his service. He educated me on why hes so meticulous and detail oriented with what he does. Im a heavy equipment mechanic and could have easily swapped out the water heater myself. After **** explained to me what was wrong with my water heater (Many problems since it was installed in the house in ****). He then explained why he will upgrade and replace every other related component to meet or exceed code. I realized that I could easily swap out the part and save some money and do it my self, but if something went wrong, I could receive a fine from the city, or at worst, burn my house down. He installed the water heater like it was his home. Very happy that I went with A2ZA2Z Water Heaters

5 starsMy old water heated failed on Thanksgiving and flooded the lower portion of my home. I called A2Z Water Heaters and spoke with ****. He came out on Saturday and provided me with great information about water heaters in general, the installation process, and the new water heater. In addition, he removed the drywall on the side and back of the water heater area to allow the mitigation company to check for any additional water damage prior to installing new drywall. This was great and **** is qualified as he is also a general contractor! **** also provided some plumbing advice as I was fixing a valve in my backyard that that had to be finished prior to the water heater installation being completed. ****** handled the permit process, including scheduling and the inspector was super impressed with the installation! Bottom line is that I highly recommend hiring ****, ******, and **** for any water heater installations. They were simply fantastic!A2Z Water Heaters

5 starsI called A2Z Water Heaters in July and I apologize, I have been meaning to write this review before now. The owner **** did an amazing job installing the water heater! He specializes in water heaters and truly is an expert in this field -top notch and very professional, not to mention the most reasonable out of the bids I got. He went above and beyond doing some extras to bring my water heater area to code from a prior installation without charging me extra, and his accomplice **** was excellent too.
